Hi, My name is Scott Cooper. I created this blog after losing 100 lbs by walking everyday and changing my relationship with food. My goal is to help encourage people to get out and walk more, to better their health and life. I know it's made a huge difference on mine.


You can follow my articles to find out ways to create new habits that encourage a healthy lifestyle. I decided to start by doing a line of t-shirts to encourage people to walk more. There are shirts everywhere for other activities, but not much on walking. So, please, get out and go for a walk, while sporting one of our cool shirts, and encourage others to walk. 

A little background about me and why I'm doing this blog. I have been married for 25 years to a wonderful woman, and father of two beautiful daughters. I have a job that I absolutely love working in Para-transit. I have always felt my life calling was to help build others. Until recently, I really didn't understand how I would do that. While hoping my blog will help others, I plan on using the proceeds of sales to complete my 10 year vision. 

My vision is to create free virtual walks paired with the Bible, so that people can literally walk the Bible in a year on their treadmills at home. I would like to do walks all over the world to be included in the videos. 

Other than that, I hope you join me for the ride and hope walking can change your life like it has done for me.

I'm just a guy on the internet that has lost 100 lbs and likes to share how I did it. What worked for me, may not work for you.
