Celebrate your Healthiversary!

It's important to celebrate the changes you've made in your life by doing something spectacular on your Healthiversary. Mark that special day you decided you were going to change your life. When I set out on my walking journey, it was everything I could do to get 2 miles in on my morning walks. As I gradually increased my distances over the months, I though it would be great to one day do a half marathon. I set out on June 6th, 2021(my Healthiversary) to complete my first half marathon. It took me 4 hours and 17 minutes to walk from my front door to my favorite Crepe Coffee shop in the neighboring town. When I arrived, there was a notice on the door that they had to close early for maintenance, lol. All is well. Celebrate the small wins, and when you look back, you can see just how far you've come.
